Training and Workshops

We offer a range of professional development opportunities for specific staff including senior managers, middle leaders and administrators. We run ‘open’ courses on issues of relevance to education managers and can also deliver any HR related workshop ‘in-house’ to meet your individual requirements.... Topics for these courses include, for instance, best practice in managing: • capability • disciplinary • grievance • pay issues • sickness absence • social media • appraisal processes (including objective setting, moderation and appeals) In-house courses - we have successfully run a number of ‘in-house’ courses, eg in relation to appraisals and objective setting for appraisers and appraisees and understanding pay issues.
